Like children, adults are sometimes in danger of harm, unable to protect themselves, and have no one else to assist them. We reduce or remedy conditions causing endangerment to adults, maximizing the adult’s independence and self-direction, and preventing unnecessary institutionalization.
To report ADULT abuse or neglect, call (330) 339-7791 Press Option 1 then Option 2 after the language Selection.
Please Provide as Much Information as Possible, or if known, the following:
Victim must be age 60 or older.
- Reporter’s name, address and phone number
- Victim’s name, address, and DOB (or age)
- Victim’s Relatives’ names, addresses, and phone numbers
- Explanation for concerns of abuse and neglect
- Does Victim Appear Competent?
